General

What do I need to do to enable Java Script?
■Internet Explorer 7/ 8
Internet Explorer 7/ 8 is non-supported in our service. Please download and use the latest version of Internet Explorer.

■Internet Explorer 9
1. In the "Internet Options" window select the "Security" tab.On the "Security" tab click on the "Custom level..." button.
2. When the "Security Settings - Internet Zone" dialog window opens, look for the "Scripting" section.
In the "Active Scripting" item select "Enable".
3. When the "Warning!" window pops out asking "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?" select "Yes". 4. In the "Internet Options" window click on the"OK" button to close it.
5. Click on the "Refresh" button of the web browser to refresh the page.

■Internet Explorer 10/ 11
1. Click on "Internet Options" after selecting "Setting".
2. In the "Internet Options" window select the "Security" tab.On the "Security" tab click on the "Custom level..." button.
3. After checking the box to enable the setting of "Java applet script", "Active script" and "Allow to update the status bar in script" in "Script", click on "OK" button.
4. When the "Warning!" window pops out asking "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?" select "Yes".
5. In the "Internet Options" window click on the"OK" button to close it.
6. Click on the "Refresh" button of the web browser to refresh the page.

■Firefox
1. In top-right "Menu", click on "Tool" and select "Options".
2. Click on "Privacy" tab.
3. In "history", click "Set up the details of history stored in PC" from a pull-down menu.
4. After checking "Save Cookie sending from website", click "By a deadline fixed by website" as "Time span for saving Cookie".
5. Click on "OK" button and close the window.
6. Close Firefox and restart web browser.

■Google Chrome
1. In top-right "Chrome Menu", click on "Setting".
2. Click on "Display setting details".
3. In "Privacy", click on "Contents setting".
4. In "Cookie", select "Allow to set data to local server (Recommend)" and click on "Finish".
5. Close Google Chrome and restart web browser.

4. In "Cookie", check "Override automatic cookie handling".
5. Click on "Accept" for both of "First-party Cookie" and "Third-party Cookie".
6. Click on "OK" button.
7. Close Internet Explorer and restart web browser.

■Firefox
1. In top-right "Menu", click on "Options".
2. Click on "Privacy" tab and "Set up the details of history stored in PC" from a pull-down menu in "history".

The pages seem not displayed well.
This is the service for people who use the recommended operating environment and who set "e-mail setting" and "character setting" properly.
In the case of non-recommended environment, this service may not work correctly.
Additionally because a large amount of photos are posted, there might be cases that viewing can not be smoothly by your Internet environment.
What is an authentication key?
An authentication key is a password to browse photos.
Only those who participate in the event can view photos
by being limited by the authentication key.
If you do not know an authentication key, please contact the event organizer or the member organization.
I do not want that photos of my family and myself are posted.
Please let us know the photo number via contact form.
If the photos are group photos, there are times when it cannot be deleted. Please understand beforehand.

E-mail does not reach the mobile phone.
Please confirm as follows:

*Is the e-mail address you entered correct?
*Please confirm whether the e-mail was sorted as a spam or not.
*Is an e-mail from "@photoreco.com" acceptable?
How big is the photo product?
Regarding the size of printed photos, please see here.
Why the size of printed photo is different with photo which I see on the PC screen?
Because there is the difference of the aspect ratio between photo data and printed photo. Please note that the printed photo might be little bit smaller than you see on the PC screen.
Can I order photos without internet environment?
No. You can order via internet (PC or Smartphone) only.

It is displayed as "incorrect password or e-mail address".
Please try to log in after registration procedures completed by accessing the url in the confirmation e-mail with in 24 hours of receiving.
The e-mail that you received becomes invalid past the deadline.
Please try again from the beginning.

Post period expires today. Until what time can I purchase photos?
You can purchase photos until 23:59. Please note that you cannot purchase anymore past 0:00.

Via following, please enter your e-mail address and click "Send" button. We send you a confirmation e-mail.

About Automatic login function
If you are using a PC there is no possibility to be used by others, you do not need to log in each time by keeping check "Keep me logged in". Automatic login function is released by "log out". In order to safely manage the login information, please do not check " Keep me logged in" when you use a PC that is shared with multiple users or access from outside like a internet cafe.
I can not browse photos.
■Registration of the authentication key has not been completed.
Please confirm the authentication key and enter that after logging in. If you do not know the authentication key, please take a look at flyer you receive at a event site or contact a event organizer.

■Post period has ended.
We are sorry, but you can not browse or purchase photos which the post period has ended.

■Membership registration has not been completed.
Membership registration is needed in order to browse or purchase photos. Click "Sign Up" and register your e-mail address and password you like.

Ordering

When does the post period start?
Please see the flyer distributed at a event site.
Can I order photos after the post period?
We are sorry, but you can not browse or purchase photos which the post period has ended. Please contact to the contact information in your flyer.
I have not received a order confirmation e-mail yet.
There is a possibility of erroneous input of e-mail address. Please contact us via e-mail with order number displayed on the screen of the order completion or call us (03-6627-3634).

In addition, there is other possibility that an e-mail from "@photoreco.com" is not acceptable on your device.

Please confirm the e-mail setting of your device.
Can I cancel the order?
No, you can't. We don't accept any cancellation because it is a make-to-order product. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can I add or change the order?
No, you can't. We don't accept any addition or change of the order because it is a make-to-order product. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I want you to ship my items all together which were made by different orders.
We cannot ship items all together which were confirmed by different orders because we start to prepare shipping items as soon as we confirm each order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have not received items yet.
We ship your items within 7 days from your order completed. At the same time, we send you an e-mail which says shipment completed, so please confirm order details in the mail.
*Depending on the photo product, the delivery date will vary. Please click here for your information.
I want to return items.
Although every effort has been made for the quality of items, please contact here if photos were printed wrong size, wrong order number, or have quality defects within 7 days from receiving.

However, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences as well as defocus, camera shake or angle of a original photo data.
Can I check my order details later?
Yes. You can see your order details like shipping address, order number, or list of photos you ordered on "Order History" page while you log in.
Can I change the addressee after my order has been completed?
No, you can't . We start to prepare shipping as soon as we confirm your order. So we can not accept any change of your order details including the addressee. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I want to delete the photos that were added to cart.
By clicking "Cart" located the top right of the screen, you can browse the list of the photos that were added to cart.
You can delete a photo by clicking "Delete".
I can not delete the photos that were added to cart.

Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click the Custom level button.
Scroll down the Security Settings list until you see Scripting and Active scripting.
Click Enable, click OK, and then click OK again.

■FireFox3
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box then click ok.
Click the Go back one page button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button to run scripts.

Shipment

When can I receive the photo product?
The delivery date will vary depending on the kind of photo products. Please note that it might be delayed by some situation such as bad weather.
*Except for the long holiday like New Year holiday or Golden Week.

Photo print: Delivery within 7days
New Year's card & Postcard: Delivery within 7days
Poster (Calender): Delivery within 7days
Various photo panel: Delivery within 14days
What kind of delivery will you choose to send the photo product?
We ship the photos by Yu-Pack or Yu-Mail of JP Post.

■ Yu-Mail
We ship your items by Yu-Mail if your items are within the defined size and thickness in Yu-Mail regulations.
Yu-Mail is just like a normal postal service that the signing is not needed and your items will be posted in your mailbox.
As the items will be posted in your mailbox directly, it is not available to send them by hand or receive an absence contact slip.
Please understand that we do not support any product loss after posting in your mailbox and also we do not accept any inquiries and complaints regarding delivery troubles of Yu-Mail.

■ Yu-Pack
If your items are exceeded the defined size and thickness, we ship them by Yu-Pack.
In case of Yu-Pack, your sign or seal as a reception confirmation is required when receiving your packages.

Can I specify the delivery date?
No. Delivery dates cannot be specified.
Can I order the printed photos from outside of Japan?
No. We don't offer the oversea delivery for the time being.

How can I pay for?
Credit card settlement or Convenience store payment settlement (Only in Japan) is available.
How much is each of the photo product?
It varies depending on a photo size or an event. Please confirm the price list on the screen of "Shopping Cart".
How much a shipping charge is?
The shipping charges is depend on the shipping method.
Please choose which method is preferred when you order.

Downloading photo data

What is "Downloading photo data"?
Online sales of photo data which is suitable for printing.
The size is 1800*1200 pixels and supports the printing of up to 127*190 mm.
Prices shown is the price of one data.
How can I purchese photo data?
After checking photos you want to purchase, click "Data" on the screen of "Shopping Cart".

*There is a possibility that you can not purchase photo data. (Print photo only)
*You can not select photo data if there is no photo supported "Downloading photo data".
How much is a photo data?
It depend on a photo, so please confirm on the screen of "Shopping Cart".
How can I save photo data into my PC?
Open "My Photo Album". Click "Download" button on the bottom of the thumbnail image of the photo. The dialog box of "Save as" appears. Then you choose a location and click "Save".
If you mistakenly clicked "Cancel" (or "Open"), please download again.
I want to cancel the downloaded photo data. Can I?
Please note that you can not cancel the downloaded photo data after download completed.
How can I confirm downloaded photo data that I purchased?
By clicking "My Photo Album" after log in, you can browse the list of downloaded photo data.
How much size is download photo data?
The size is approximately 1800*1200 pixels.
*The size are a bit different by used camera.
Can I use the downloaded photo data for my web site?
Yes. You can use the downloaded photo data for individual use like web site or printing.
But resale is strictly prohibited. Please see details of the user policy.

I have not received "Photo Data" with printed photos. Why?
We don't offer photo data in CD-ROM or DVD. You need to download photo data by yourself.
Do I have to pay any shipping charges when I buy photo data by downloading?
Of Course not. You don't need to pay any shipping charges if you buy only photo data by downloading(not with printed photos).

Questions about editing the photo data

What is red-lined frame in the photo data?
It is the cutting mark for the photo printing. The photo within the red-lined frame will be printed, so please place the photo print mark keeping away from the real outer line of photo.
Is it possible to print with the same color as PC display?
No, we are sorry that it is impossible that the photo print has the same color as PC display because their method of describing colors are different.
Can I edit several designs of the photo data at a time?
No, please refrain from editing several data opening another tab or window due to the possibility the editing data will be saved unsafely.
Can I trim the photo data?
Yes, it is possible to move the photo data in your editing page.
