How to usePlease confirm the following chart of how to buy Photo data or Photoprint.
In case of Photo data sales
1. Enter the authentication key
Make an authentication via "Enter authentication key" page.
*An authentication key is provided via flyers issued in event sites or photography studios and enables you to see your photos on PhotoReco.
Please sign up Member Registration in case that registration before browsing the photo data is necessary.
2.Choose photos
Click an event you would like to see from event list. By choosing a category of event, you can see a photo list and purchase photos by clicking "Add to Cart" button.
Additionally you can see photo details and purchase photos via "Photo Detail" as well. You can confirm what you added to your cart by clicking "View Cart".
3.Select photo type in shopping cart
Please select the photo type, size and the numbers of orders as there is your order detail in shopping cart.
After finishing selecting them, please click "Go to checkout".
Please sign up Member Registration in case that registration before browsing the photo data is necessary.
4.Select payment method
Please select payment method. Available for selecting Credit card or Convenience store payment.
If you select Convenience store payment, the payment procedure varies on the convenience store you choose.
Please click below for the confirmation of payment procedure in each convenience store.
5.Place the order
After confirmation of order details, please click "Place order" button.
The order number is displayed in the order completion screen. Please note the order number for just in case. Additionally please confirm the order details in the confirmation e-mail.
After your order, you can download ordered photos from "My Photo Album" page.

In case of Photoprint sales

3.Select photo type in shopping cart

4.Select delivery address
Please fill in the blank for delivery address.
5.Select delivery and payment method.
Please select delivery and payment method.
For delivery method, available for selecting Japanese delivery service either “Mail delivery/ Yu-mail" or “Home delivery/ Yu-pack“.
For payment method, available for selecting Credit card or Convenience store payment. If you select Convenience store payment, the payment procedure varies on the convenience store you choose.
6.Complete making order
Please click “Place order” after you check if there is no mistake in your order on the webpage of “Confirmation of order details”.
As we send an e-mail to your address, please confirm your order details in this e-mail.
After clicking “Place order”, the photo products below will be delivered to the registered address.
Photoprint, Postcard and Poster: Within 1 week
Photo panel: Within 2week
